Finally, a body scrub that actually means body scrub!
I was shocked at the amount of hidden old skin, dried oils, and general dirt that came off my body during this scrub. I thought I was clean from a good shower before visiting but I was wrong.
My skin felt brand new when it was over.

Alice goes above and beyond and really tries to get you a clean as you can be in the allotted time. She's patient and funny, but serious about her job. Glad to have found her!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Allen Rest Stop, and let me tell you—I was not expecting this level of quality.

I booked a 90-minute deep tissue massage, which also includes a body scrub. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Alice. Her friendly smile, great attitude, and contagious energy immediately set the tone.
The session began with a thorough scrub, and afterward my skin felt incredibly smooth—like a whole layer had been lifted off. The deep tissue massage followed, and while the scrub is included in the 90 minutes, the massage portion itself was about 45 minutes. Even with that, the experience was outstanding.

I specifically asked Alice to focus on my shoulders and lower back, and she absolutely delivered. Her skill, attention to detail, and professionalism really stood out. She listened carefully to everything I mentioned, clearly understood my needs, and even brought a great sense of humor into the session.

This is honestly one of the best massage experiences I’ve had. There is absolutely no monkey business here—this is a professional, comfortable, and welcoming place. It’s somewhere I would confidently recommend to family members and proudly put my name behind. Under Alice’s care, everything feels both professional and reassuring.

As for value, I’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars only because the scrub time is included in the total 90 minutes, which shortens the massage time. That said, the overall experience was still mind-blowing.

My advice: call ahead, explain what you’re looking for, and make sure the pricing and timing are clear.

The staff was professional and attentive. I have issues with my back that have seemed to disappear. I've been getting massages for 40 years and this was the best ever.
